TRIOTECH today unveiled its latest interactive attraction inspired by the popular television series Fear the Walking Dead before it leaves for Las Vegas.

Temporarily housed in a building in Montréal, this futuristic interactive haunted house will be permanently installed on Fremont Street in Las Vegas, a tourist destination known for its unmatched variety of entertainment. The evacuation warning will be officially issued in July!

“If it’s true that everything that happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas, then we didn’t want to take a chance and decided to give the Québec media an exclusive behind-the- scenes look of this unique project,” said Mr. Ernest Yale, President and founder of TRIOTECH. “Developed in collaboration with AMC, the TV network that produces and broadcasts the television series, Fear the Walking Dead has kept about 40 people in our studios in Montréal and our Joliette plant busy for more than a year. This is a first for us in terms of creativity and technology, as well as a business model.”

Indeed, TRIOTECH is expanding its business model by becoming a co-owner of this attraction, which it has fully developed, scripted and manufactured. It will also be responsible for the attraction’s installation.

In a world premiere, Fear the Walking Dead will be inaugurated next July. This fully immersive and interactive permanent attraction will be one of the first in the “walkthrough” style. As soon as they enter, visitors will be immersed in the Fear the Walking Dead universe “as if they were there,” a world afflicted by a mysterious epidemic that turns human beings into undead called “walkers” or zombies. Gathered together following a general evacuation notice issued because of abnormal zombie activity, visitors will walk through a high school where their safety may be compromised.

TRIOTECH worked closely with the AMC television network that produces and broadcasts the show. The Fear the Walking Dead attraction is expected to leave Montreal for Las Vegas in the next few weeks.

Why Triotech?

They call us the rebels of the industry. And quite frankly, we take it as a compliment. For us, every project is an opportunity to challenge the status quo.
